About Jaime
Jaime has more than 20 years of multinational experience in structuring debt programs and sales for emerging markets credits, commodities, cash and structured loan transactions, structured notes, and derivatives products for large international banks including ABN AMRO, HSBC and BTG Pactual. He has an in-depth knowledge of capital raising, debt structuring, derivatives, credit, global financial markets (particularly offshore and Latin American markets) and various accounting and regulatory environments.
A strong negotiator, he has built businesses from the ground up throughout Latin America and has developed and implemented strategic plans, credit approvals and processes, new product additions and marketing strategies for clients worldwide. He also previously served as the Corporate Risk Manager for Petróleos Mexicanos.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
About Alejandro
Alejandro has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and structured finance. Prior to joining ARODB, he acted as a quantitative portfolio manager with Royal & Sun Alliance, managing several portfolios consisting of fixed income, commercial real estate loans, collateralized debt obligations and asset-backed securities, as well as a multimillion-dollar student loan portfolio. Alejandro began his professional career with Arthur Andersen and later with Archon Group in Mexico City, an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group.

About Mauricio
Mauricio has a degree in Business Administration from “Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey” (ITESM), a Master in Finance from the same Institution and studies in Senior Management from IPADE.
Prior to joining the ARODB team, Mauricio worked for more than 35 years in diverse Institutions of the Financial Sector (Brokerage Houses, Investment Banking Firms and Banks) which has provided him with a broad knowledge of financial instruments, strategies and structures. Along his banking experience he occupied top positions on Retail Banking, Wealth Management and particularly Corporate Banking.
About Amit
Amit has over 18 years of experience in the financial sector and specializes in Latin America structured credit. Prior to joining ARODB, Amit worked as an Executive Director at Nomura Securities on their Latin America Structured Credit desk. Earlier in his career, Amit worked as at Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank in similar roles structuring and executing complex financing and derivatives solutions for Latin American clients.
Amit holds a Master’s Degree in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

About Diana
Diana has 20 years of experience in Banking, consulting and search practice. Before joining ARODB , Diana worked at Allstate and in Executive Consulting Search at Options Group. Earlier she worked as National Treasury Manager of Banco de Occidente (Grupo Aval) based in Colombia. At the Banco de Occidente, Diana was part of the Risk Committee, and the Finance Committee for the Bank. Diana began her career in the financial sector industry with Helm Bank in Colombia in 1992. Diana received her BA in Business Administration from ICESI University in Cali, Colombia in 1989 and was member of the Banking Association of Colombia., Diana has received an Operation certification of the Stock Market with the Colombian Stock Exchange, as well as self-regulation certification (AMV) of the University of Los Andes. In addition, she has Insurance Producer License from Department of Banking and Insurance in United States.
About Juan Pablo
Juan Pablo has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Anahuac with specialties in Marketing from the same institution and in Senior Management from IPADE. In addition, he has studied Critical Thinking and Decision Making from The Wharton School.
He was Vice President of Atlas Consulting in Mexico, headquartered in Miami and later in Chicago, U.S.A. He is COO of ABQ. He has an extensive background in corporate consulting, as Managing Partner of GMS Consultoría S.C. Juan Pablo has led negotiations in M&A of several companies, institutionalization and stock holdings, and has developed a broad work in the generation of corporate integration services, legal, financial, accounting, auditing, human capital and systems.
Recently, Juan Pablo has specialized in the development and structuring of renewable energy projects, leading this practice in ABQ.
Also, he has been a Board member in multiple companies and has developed and implemented strategic plans based on sustained growth through a profitability perspective for the partners.

About Enrique
Enrique has more than 25 years of experience as an international entrepreneur. He founded several companies all around Mexico from a wide variety of industries, ranging from automotive to international trading. Some of his companies have even been awarded by Mexican authorities, one of them received a prize for best export company in Mexico and others got national recognitions of quality. Besides holding full ownership and managerial duties at conglomerate GRUPO ALCE, he also gives project advisory services to other companies in several areas, such as investments, legal, accounting and taxes.

With 25+ years of solid experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Auditing, Fundraising and Debt Restructuring, Tobias has been leading efforts in consulting, sourcing and process enhancement within more than 70 companies throughout markets in Latin America, the US and Europe.
A sharp negotiator and diverse financier, Tobias started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, becoming since then the founding partner of Genekon Business Consulting, a very skilled Brazilian consultancy with broad expertise on projects for clients such as Telefonica Group, Latam Airlines, Carrefour, Thyssen Krupp and Sodexo. He also takes part on other initiatives as a supporter and investor within the areas of agribusiness and recycling technologies.
Tobias has a background in Chemical Engineering and Accounting, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Brazilian Federal University UFRGS.
